AI Solutions
Artificial intelligence is useful when it solves a concrete problem: answering faster, finding information, qualifying an enquiry. I build assistants based on your procedures and your documents.

A business AI agent receives a request, looks for the answer in the sources assigned to it — documents, procedures, price lists, CRM records — and then produces a reply or performs a defined action, such as logging a contact or booking an appointment. It operates within set limits and hands the request to a person when it falls outside them.
The difference from a traditional chatbot lies in unforeseen questions: a fixed-path chatbot answers only what was scripted, while an agent interprets the request and connects it to the available information. That requires precise instructions, current sources and human supervision: without oversight an assistant can produce answers that sound plausible but are wrong.
Who this is for
An assistant is useful when the data it collects goes somewhere: connect AI to your CRM and automations, or work on visibility inside AI-generated answers.
Problems I solve
The solution
The first step is organisational, not technological: we identify one or two processes where an automated answer has measurable value, and define what the assistant may and may not do.
Then I build the assistant on your own information sources, with precise instructions, explicit limits and a clear handover to a person when a request is complex or commercially relevant.
Human supervision is part of the project: answers are logged, corrections are possible, and cases where the assistant was not useful are reviewed periodically.

Comparison
| Aspect | Fixed-path chatbot | AI agent |
|---|---|---|
| How it works | Answers by following predefined decision trees. | Interprets the request and connects it to the assigned information sources. |
| When it is enough | Questions are few, stable and predictable. | Requests vary and up-to-date information or actions in business systems are needed. |
| Limits | Outside the scripted paths it cannot answer. | Requires curated sources, explicit limits and periodic conversation review. |
| Together | A fixed path can handle the most common requests, with the agent covering the unforeseen ones and handover to a person always available. | |
How I work
The same sequence applies to a website, a campaign and an automation project. It keeps decisions traceable and avoids work done for its own sake.
I study your market, your competitors, the data you already have and how enquiries reach you today. Without analysis, every decision is guesswork.
We define measurable goals, priorities and budget. We decide what comes first and what can wait, in a written plan you can actually read.
Structure, content, interfaces and conversion paths are designed before a single line of code is written or a campaign goes live.
I build the website, campaigns, automations and tracking, with quality checks on speed, accessibility and data accuracy.
We review results with real data and act where it matters. The work does not end at launch.
