Projects

Upcoming projects

I am building a set of vertical management platforms for sectors where daily work still runs on spreadsheets, messages and phone calls. Here is what each one will do and who it is for. Releases are planned over the coming months.

A management dashboard connecting contacts, calendar and automated workflows

These cards describe projects currently in development. The features listed are the ones planned: some may be revised before release. If one of these platforms would help your business, get in touch — registering now means joining the trial phase and helping shape development priorities.

Complete platform for wedding planners

One system to follow every wedding from first enquiry to the day itself, with clients, suppliers, budget, deadlines and documents in the same place.

In development

Anyone organising weddings juggles dozens of details per event, often across several events at once: supplier quotes, deposits paid, fittings, the running order of the day, table plans, guest requests. When that information lives in separate spreadsheets, phone notes and message threads, the risk is not just confusion — it is the missed deadline. The platform brings everything into a single event record and makes it clear, at any moment, what is done and what is outstanding.

What it includes

  • Event record with couple details, date, venue and progress status
  • Supplier directory with categories, price lists, contracts and ratings
  • Running order for the day, shareable with suppliers and staff
  • Event budget: planned items, actual spend, variances
  • Quotes and contracts generated from the event record
  • Deposits, balances and payment deadlines
  • Checklists per phase with assigned tasks and automatic reminders
  • Guest management: list, confirmations, dietary requirements
  • Table plan with seat availability checks
  • Document archive per event: contracts, permits, floor plans
  • Client area for the couple with progress and shared documents
  • Single calendar across all events, with clashes highlighted
  • Per-event reports and a season summary

RistoApp — restaurant management platform

Digital menu, bookings, delivery and takeaway in one system, connected to the floor and the kitchen with no manual steps.

In development

Most venues currently run separate tools: one service for the QR-code menu, another for bookings, an external platform for delivery, and the telephone for takeaway. Each tool has its own panel, its own commission and its own data, none of which talk to each other. RistoApp joins those four flows: one menu that updates in real time, all orders arriving in the same place, and customer information that stays with the venue.

What it includes

  • Digital menu with QR code, updatable in real time
  • Allergen information and dietary notes
  • Multilingual menu for international guests
  • Dish availability adjustable during service
  • Table booking with floor plan and sitting management
  • Automatic confirmation and reminder to the guest
  • Waiting list management at peak times
  • Delivery orders with delivery-zone calculation
  • Takeaway orders with an agreed collection time
  • Online payment or payment on delivery
  • Orders routed to the right kitchen stations
  • Order status visible to the customer
  • Promotions, daily menus and time-based offers
  • Customer records and order history, owned by the venue
  • Statistics on best-selling dishes, peak hours and average spend
  • Multiple locations managed from one panel

Festival management platform

Tills, orders, kitchen, stock and volunteers coordinated through the days of the festival, with the books balanced at the end of every evening.

In development

A food festival compresses a restaurant’s workload into a few days, but with volunteer staff who change every shift and no structured till system. The recurring problems are always the same: queues at the tills, orders lost between till and kitchen, stock running out with no warning, and takings that do not add up at the end of the night. The platform covers the whole flow, from taking the order to closing the till, while staying simple for someone using it for the first time.

What it includes

  • Fast till with a product keypad built for volume
  • Several connected tills, with aggregated totals in real time
  • Printed collection tickets for the serving counters
  • Orders routed to stations: kitchen, grill, bar, desserts
  • Station screens showing the queue of orders to prepare
  • Stock control with out-of-stock alerts during service
  • Volunteer shift and attendance management
  • Table booking and group management
  • Online pre-sale of tickets and set menus
  • Several serving points managed across the same site
  • Till closing per evening, per shift and per operator
  • Consumption summary to plan purchasing for the next edition
  • Final event report: takings, products sold, performance per evening

Custom management platforms and dashboards

Not every business fits an off-the-shelf platform. When the process is specific — a particular supply chain, an unusual way of working, data spread across separate systems — it makes more sense to build the right tool than to bend the work around generic software.

I always start from the real process: who enters the data, who reads it, and which decisions it has to support. From there comes a web application that runs in the browser with no installation, with role-based permissions and data you can export at any time.

What it includes

  • Process analysis and definition of priority features
  • Web application accessible from computer, tablet and smartphone
  • Role-based access and a full change log
  • A dashboard with the indicators that matter to your business
  • Import of existing data from spreadsheets or other systems
  • Integration with ERP, CRM, e-invoicing or e-commerce
  • Automation: reminders, notifications, document generation
  • Data export to Excel, CSV and PDF
  • Hosting, automatic backups and updates
  • Initial training and ongoing support

Request information

Describe your business and the process you would like to manage better. I will reply telling you whether a custom platform makes sense, whether one of those in development fits, or whether an existing product already covers your needs.

How you handle this today and what you would like to change. A few lines are enough.

Frequently asked questions

Before you write

Release is planned over the coming months, with different timelines per project. I am not giving exact dates because I would rather publish when the core features are complete and tested. Register your interest and I will keep you posted.

Yes. Each project includes a trial phase with a limited number of real businesses. It exists to check how the software behaves in daily use and to fix whatever does not match real needs. Participants help set feature priorities.

The pricing model will be published at release. I am not quoting figures that might change: I would rather state them when they are final.

Yes. The data you enter is yours and can be exported at any time in standard formats, with no technical lock-in that makes switching difficult.

Then we look at a custom platform, or I point you to an existing product if it covers what you need. There is no sense in building from scratch something that already exists and works.

No. These are web applications: you use them from the browser on a computer, tablet or phone. No software to install, no server to buy.
